We would like to thank you for your wisdom, guidance and professionalism in the replacement of the items mentioned above. This was a big project for us, not only because of the amount of work, but because we had previously had a really bad experience with a contractor. You took that information in stride and allowed us to “believe again” in the basic goodness of people.

Knowing that you had either physical or phone presence daily was reassuring. There were no surprises. We could almost set our clock by the daily 4:30pm phone call to us to check if we had any concerns. We were very fortunate with the weather, in that only two days were lost to rain.

Alfred, your foreman, and his crew were tireless in their workmanship. Every time we looked outside, at least one of the men had a ruler out checking and double checking all measurements before he would either cut or attach a piece to the house. The finished work is truly custom quality. They cleaned up the yards daily. No one would even know that any type of work was ongoing at the end of the day.

Neighbors have already commented about the work that was done on our home. Everyone likes the chosen color of the siding and trim. The common observation is: “Your house looks like new!” We have already given your company name to several friends and acquaintances.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the major renovation project you and your team did on my house. Roof, siding, windows and gutters. I've received many compliments from neighbors both for how nice the house looks and also for the professional way your team performed the work. Every project is unique and has its own set of issues to contend with but you were here everyday to check up on things and made sure the project was going along smoothly and without problems. Every detail was planned out and taken care of from the permit to the dumpsters to the delivery of materials. I knew exactly when each item would arrive. I appreciated that.

Now as we're getting into the fall/winter season I can already tell that the new siding and windows are making the house warmer and quieter. I was so glad to see that 60 year old cedar siding removed and carted away although the squirrels might not be so happy (they chewed through that old siding a few times in the past years).

I also wanted to say a word about Alfred your supervisor on the job and the workers. I was amazed at the long hours they put in with only a break for lunch and Alfred was always there to answer questions and deal with my concerns. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of each work day. The guys actually spent a good hour at the end of each day to make sure that the front and back yards were cleaned up and safe so the dog wouldn't get hold of something bad to chew on.

I really believe that the value of my house increased more than the cost of the project. It looks like 50 years were taken off the age of the house. The last thing I wanted to say is thanks to you and your team for a great job well done. I highly recommend Creative Exterior Concepts.

I would like to let you know how extremely pleased we are with Creative Exterior Concepts. In early January, we had 13 Alside windows, one sliding door, DuPont Tyvek and siding installed by your crew. The product and service from your company was amazing.

From the very beginning of the project with the measurement of our windows and the siding selection to the final installation, everything was flawless. Your crew arrived promptly every morning, was courteous and kept the worksite neat and clean. Your foreman, Alfred, was very helpful and explained how the installation would happen and what to expect. Over the course of a few days, weather permitting, we had new windows and sliding glass door, Tyvek and new siding installed. The end result was absolute perfection.
