Replaced 6 windows with new double hung windows. 5 windows were Alside energy efficient windows, 1 window (for the garage) was Climate Guard.

Installed Rollex soffit and fascia system. Any rotting portions of existing wood fasicia were removed and replaced. Cut venting holes into existing wooden soffits prior to installing new soffit system.

Removed old gutters and downspouts and replaced with Rollex gutter system including oversized downspouts.

Wrapped all wooden trim (around garage door and on all corners of the garage and house) with aluminum wrap. Replaced rotting wood as needed. Aluminum wrapped wooden poles on front porch and covered wooden vertical siding on the side of front porch overhang.

Sue and I would like to thank you for a great job you and your company did on our home remodeling project. The new siding and gutters are really beautiful! The installation of the rock exterior along the garage and the front entryway along the with siding has really created a hugh transformation of our residence. We are so pleased with the final results. So many of our neighbors have stopped by to mention how nice the house looks. We have even had strangers stop in front of the house to take a look!

Another thing we would like to mention is how courteous your work crews were.      I want to extend my appreciation and gratitude to you and your company for an outstanding job recently performed on my house. I contacted and collected over 15 bids from different contractors around Lake County. Being stationed here in the Navy, and not being from this area makes it difficult to know who to trust to perform work on your home. Your company was the only one who conducted themselves with pride and professionalism. You kept your scheduled appointment times, listened to my concerns, and worked with our family to install windows we could afford. The way your presented your product outline to us, was outstanding during our initial meeting. You where open, up front and honest. Your Foreman Alfred, Yuri, and another gentlemen (whose name I cannot remember) are true craftsman in their profession.

I cannot begin to tell you how many companies, I dealt with in collecting bids, where the first impression was my deciding factor on who was going to be awarded the contract. Installed new patio door with screen, planning to install two new replacement windows at a later date.

Called to get an estimate for new patio door, 2 kitchen windows and a foyer window. Robert got back to me the same day to set up an appointment. When Robert came out, he gave me estimates on the above, but told me I didn't need to replace the entire foyer window, that I should just call a glass company (that saved me about $2,000; the other company that came for an estimate did not share that information). The door was installed today and it looks great. Since the beginning, Robert has been excellent with follow up. He called while the foreman was here installing the door, and called after to see how I liked it. I'm planning on having the kitchen windows installed after I get a new countertop installed. Workers very professional and thorough, cleaned up completely when the job was done.
